Tax Profile Verification / Individual Account & Add-On Publication Block (Romania)

Hello Microsoft Partner Support Team,

I am an individual developer based in Romania managing a utility app (TooliSafe).

The Problem:

My account verification and tax profile are currently blocked because the automated system strictly requests a corporate Tax ID (CUI/CIF) for commercial features, which is incompatible with individual accounts (CNP) in Romania for small-scale developers.

Because of this unverified tax profile/business status, the Microsoft Partner Center prevents me from publishing the In-App Purchase Add-On required for the app.

Consequently, users inside the Microsoft Store receive an "AddOn not found" error when attempting to access premium features.

Request: Could a human support agent please review my account status or advise on how an individual developer in Romania can properly unlock In-App Add-On publishing without forcing a full corporate (SRL) entity registration for a micro-project?
