Why do my comments get removed from MSN news pages? The system says they do not meet guidelines, but there is not at thing wrong with my comments. I am a paying customer and this makes me want to end my over 20 year paid account.

    Hi Debra,

    This is not an MSN forum.

    Issues with MSN should be filed

    using the MSN Feedback link

    in the lower right corner of their site.

    MSN comment removals are handled by MSN’s moderation systems, and automated filters can incorrectly flag comments that seem harmless. Standard support forums cannot see the exact rule, log, or reason for a specific comment rejection and cannot override those moderation decisions.

    The documented way to report or challenge this is through MSN’s feedback tool:

    1. Open the MSN article or page where the comment was removed or blocked.
    2. Select the Feedback button at the lower right of the MSN page. The feedback tool can also be accessed from the settings cog at the top right of the MSN homepage.
    3. Describe the issue clearly and include the exact comment text, the article headline or page URL, and that the comment was rejected as not meeting community guidelines.
    4. If relevant, include what happened, such as the comment being removed after posting or blocked before posting.

    MSN states that all feedback is read by its content team. MSN also notes that email addresses are not recorded through that feedback process, so an individual reply should not be expected.
