Why am I seeing the message Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended

Till yesterday I was earning points after travelling to India for a family visit. What happened all of a sudden?

I do not think that I have created any of the following issues while using my account which I registered not even a month ago after my husband referred me to join.
Did I cause a situation that we both are creating a situation - Maintaining multiple user accounts per household

Opening more than one user account per individual - I only have one account.

Residing outside of the supported regions - I do not think traveling to India for family visit could create this situation

Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address - I do not remember being asked all such details while registering myself to create an account. If I have somehow missed some details to be provided, please help me to fix the issue.

Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location - I do not know how to even look up my IP address, let alone confuse my true IP address

Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards - I do not use automated methods.
