Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this situation. Changing the password may not always immediately disconnect every active session, especially if the account is still connected to other devices or services.

Please sign in at the following link and use the option to sign out everywhere: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Please note that this process may take up to 24 hours to fully sign out all active sessions. After that, I also recommend reviewing your recent account activity and removing any devices or sign-ins that you do not recognize.

Changing the Microsoft account password is the correct step, because Minecraft uses the Microsoft account for sign-in. If access is still a concern, use the Microsoft account security flow to review sign-in activity, sign out everywhere, and then change the password again.

If the goal is to reach a person, Microsoft support can be contacted through the support flow:

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    2. Enter the problem and select Get Help.
    3. If more help is needed, select Contact Support.

Important limits apply: support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or access and change account details.

If the account may be compromised, use the hacked-account recovery flow first:

    1. Start the sign-in helper tool.
    2. Before changing the password again, run a full malware scan on the PC from Windows Security > Virus and threat protection > Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
    3. After that, change or reset the Microsoft account password.
    4. Check account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies.
