    Hi @Joey

The TokenAlreadyRedeemedBySameMSA message normally means the product key has already been redeemed by the same Microsoft account you are currently using.

Please sign in to your Services & subscriptions page and check whether Office Home & Business 2024 appears under Products you’ve purchased. If it is listed, select Install and activate Office by signing in with that account rather than entering the key again. Microsoft confirms that a redeemed key is only used once, after which installation and activation are handled through the associated account.

If the product is not listed, contact Microsoft Support and provide the error code, correlation ID, timestamp, and proof of purchase.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors cannot access accounts or Microsoft’s back-end systems. We can only provide technical guidance on reported incidents, requests and ideas

Thank you for your time and understanding
