Discord Game Pass Offer

I redeemed the discord Nitro offer to allow a user to have game pass for as long as they have discord Nitro. However, when it redirected me to Microsoft, it automatically signed into a Microsoft account for me, which was the wrong one, and didn't let me cancel. It wasn't even for the account connected to my discord account! I have since submitted to delete the other microsoft account entirely. Is there a way to move the discord offer to my proper xbox account?
