i cannot open the application. when i click it it will never open.

    Please provide some more detail on this problem you are experiencing.

    It this just happening to one app or all apps, if just one app, what app is that.

    Also, are you opening the app from the Taskbar, Start Menu or Desktop icon and if there is an error indicated, please provide a screenshot of the error.
