Learning portal

To access the learning portal in Microsoft Teams:

1. Open Microsoft Teams on desktop or mobile.
2. Select More (...).
3. Select Viva Learning.

If using a browser, Viva Learning is also available on the web at https://aka.ms/VivaLearningWeb.

If Viva Learning does not appear in Teams, it might be disabled by the organization and an admin needs to enable it.

For certifications:

• In Microsoft Learn, completing modules earns badges and completing learning paths earns trophies.
• Certifications are earned by passing exams.
• Certifications and transcripts are available in Microsoft Learn under the credentials and transcript pages.
