Microsoft for Startups: Nepal business registration rejected by 21-character requirement

I am completing business verification for a startup registered in Nepal through Microsoft for Startups in the Azure portal.

With “Nepal” selected as the country and “Business registration ID number” selected as the ID type, the form displays this error:

“Business registration number must be exactly 21 alphanumeric characters.”

My registration number matches the certificate issued by Nepal’s Office of the Company Registrar, but its format is shorter and includes slashes. This validation prevents me from proceeding.

The startup homepage also does not show “Your Microsoft Team” or “Get program support.” General Azure support only offers billing, subscription management, and quota categories.

Could you please confirm the accepted registration identifier and format for Nepal, and provide a support route to resolve this validation issue? I can supply my incorporation certificate through a secure private channel if required.
