Microsoft for Startups business verification failed — Get Program Support missing

Hello,

I am enrolled in the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience and currently have the initial USD 200 Azure startup credits.

My business verification for PANFIX S.A.C., a legally incorporated Peruvian company, failed with the message “We couldn’t verify your startup.”

Microsoft documentation indicates that business verification issues should be handled by Microsoft for Startups Program Support through “Your Microsoft Team → Get program support”. However, that section is not available in my Azure Portal experience.

I also tried Azure Help + Support, but the available categories do not cover Microsoft for Startups business verification.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate my existing startup profile to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification for manual review or reopening?
