- Confirm that the account listed there matches the Microsoft account you're using on the OneNote website.
- If multiple Microsoft accounts are signed in on the device, sign out of the ones not being used and test again.
You can also try opening OneDrive on the web with the same account and look for the notebook under your OneDrive files. If the notebook is not present there, it may be linked to a different account or storage location.
