Hi @Kelly Seale ,
Since you are the only administrator and cannot complete MFA, this is an Azure/Microsoft Entra tenant lockout issue.
Because there is no other administrator who can reset your MFA registration, please contact Microsoft Support and request help with Tenant Recovery / sole administrator MFA recovery.
When contacting Microsoft Support, mention the following:
- You are the only administrator of the tenant.
- Sign-in fails with error 500121.
- Microsoft Authenticator push notifications are not arriving.
- Azure asks for a 6-digit code, while Authenticator displays an 8-digit code.
- There is no other administrator available to reset your MFA.
Microsoft Support may ask for tenant or ownership information to verify that you are authorized to recover the tenant.
If you cannot sign in to the tenant to create a support request, use the Microsoft Support contact page to request assistance.
