An Azure platform as a service offer that is used to deploy web and cloud applications.
To create an Azure support request for a subscription, the account must have one of these roles at the subscription level: Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor. If the request involves multiple subscriptions, the required access is needed on each one.
Try this path in the Azure portal:
- Select the ? icon in the global header.
- Enter a few words describing the issue.
- Follow the prompts and review any recommended solutions or diagnostic checks.
- If the issue is not resolved, select Create a support request.
- In Problem description, select the correct subscription where the problem occurs.
- If prompted with recommendations again, select Return to support request, then Next.
- In Additional details, provide clear Problem details, including when the issue started and steps to reproduce it. Avoid personal or confidential information.
- Choose whether to allow Advanced diagnostic information.
- In Support method, select the available Support plan and Severity.
Another supported path is from the affected resource:
- Open the resource in Azure portal.
- In the resource menu under Help, select Support + Troubleshooting.
- Follow the prompts.
- If the suggested fixes do not help, select Create a support request.
If support request creation is still unavailable, verify that the account has the required subscription role or contact the tenant administrator or support agreement owner to confirm access and entitlement.
