Hi Klevi! That sounds really frustrating, but from what you describe, it's probably nothing to worry about. Most likely the email had already been scheduled before your payment went through, so it still got sent even though you paid. It happens with automated emails.
A few things you can do to be sure:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account by typing the address yourself (don't click the link in the email) and check that your subscription shows as active.
- Look at your order history to make sure the payment shows as completed. Sometimes it can take a day or two to fully process.
- Keep the payment confirmation, just in case.
Also, be careful with emails like that. Scammers often send fake "your account will be deleted" messages, so check that the sender's address is really from Microsoft.
If your account still looks unpaid after a couple of days, it's worth contacting Microsoft Support with your payment confirmation.
