I am a Humber Polytechnic student and completed academic verification for Azure for Students using my Humber student email. The verification shows “Verification complete,” but when I submit the signup I receive “You're not eligible for an Azure free account.” My Humber directory has no Azure subscriptions. I have used Microsoft Learn and Microsoft virtual seminars but have not knowingly activated an Azure subscription or consumed an Azure Free Account. Please review my eligibility and account history.
