Welcome Aniket Saha,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, it sounds like the driver update performed by the third-party utility may have replaced the Bluetooth audio drivers with an incompatible version. The fact that only the "Hands-Free" profile remains and the normal stereo audio device has disappeared is an important clue.
Before suggesting more advanced repairs, could you confirm:
- Are the Boat Rockerz 510 headphones connected through Bluetooth or with a cable?
- Do you see Boat Rockerz 510 Stereo, A2DP, or any audio device with a yellow warning icon in "Device Manager" > "Bluetooth" or "Sound, video and game controllers"?
In the meantime, please try these steps:
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Bluetooth and Sound, video and game controllers
- Right-click any entries related to Boat Rockerz 510 and select Uninstall device. If you see Delete the driver software for this device, check that box.
- Restart the PC, then remove the headphones from Settings > Bluetooth & devices, pair them again, and test the audio.
