My accoutn was hacked and support is being useless

Ive done 6 recovery forms now, chat supported 4 times, called twice to no avail. They either tell me they closed it or they cant find it. i hav the hackers email they used as the main and i hav emails with order # and reciepts dating back to 2014. Im about to pursue legal action. Already filed a notice of dispute. i either want my acc or all the money i spent on the acc that they refuse to give back that even still has my name DEVIN WOODLEY still listed. I even hav emails where support confirmed my acc was compromised and shortly after all my security info was deleted. Still wont help me. Its ridiculous

    i fully submitted a notice of dispute and hav a lawyer ready that is absolutley confident my case is sealed with me winning either money back for the losses or my account since this is becoming a case of identity theft and microsoft is not assisting in something so serious as identity theft. Ive given them everything they ask for and just hav my SIR closed over and over

    Like if u saw my SIR email i sent with all the info they asked ud be confused y i didnt get it back. Were talking payment methods that dont exist. Emails dating back 10 years, private ip addresses no longer available, and screenshots of reciepts and order numbers.
