Hello,

We have a VM that used to show up on the list under our resource group but it cannot be searched anymore in that group. The virtual NIC and disk for it still exist and the user is able to use it without issue but we cannot find it in this resource group or any other. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hi @IT Support ,

    please navigate to: https://portal.azure.com/#servicemenu/Microsoft_Azure_Resources/ResourceManager/browseAll

In the search field enter the name of the VM or a part of it and verify no other filters are set:
    User's image

If the VM is not shown in the list you can click on the Disk and verify the "Managed by" property. The disk should be manged by the VM.

    User's image

If the "Managed by" property is empty something "weird" happened if the VM is still reachable and running but not listed/related to the disk.
