Azure EdTech cost optimization and ISV infrastructure subsidies

We are an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) deploying a new SaaS web application designed specifically for K-12 schools. We are currently running a pilot program for an educational nonprofit, providing the application completely free of charge. The backend infrastructure is hosted entirely on our own Azure subscription.

We have two questions regarding Azure billing and ISV cost optimization:

1. Applying Client Nonprofit Credits to an ISV Tenant Since our pilot client is eligible for Microsoft's nonprofit/educational Azure discounts, is there any technical or billing mechanism to link their discount or grant credits to our ISV Azure subscription? Our goal is to offset the backend hosting costs using their nonprofit status, while strictly keeping the infrastructure and resources within our managed tenant.

(Note: We reviewed the Nonprofit Offers documentation which indicates that nonprofit credits generally exclude third-party marketplace offers. However, we want to confirm if any specific routing, program, or configuration exists specifically for free educational pilots).

2. Broader Infrastructure Cost Optimization for K-12 ISVs As we scale our platform to K-12 schools globally, what Microsoft programs exist to help us achieve the lowest possible infrastructure costs? We want to pass these savings on to keep our pricing as accessible as possible for schools. Are there specific tracks within ISV Success, Marketplace Rewards, Founders Hub, or Microsoft Education that offer infrastructure subsidies, discounted deployment rates, or trial credits for EdTech ISVs?

Thank you in advance for your insights and guidance.
