Was it a page, section, or entire notebook that you deleted, and when did you delete it?
I noticed you posted under iOS. Please check the following using the same Microsoft account you use in OneNote:
- For a deleted page or section, open the notebook in OneNote online, then select "View" > "Deleted Notes".
- For an entire deleted notebook, open OneDrive and select "Recycle bin". Select the notebook, then choose "Restore".
