Dear Microsoft team

I suddenly cannot use my all microsoft functions for a several months and I am paying it for a year and it is not cheap , how can you bear the loss ????

For details, I am using a Macbook Air in Hong Kong , how can I solve problem ? I need to update Mac IOS or any Microsoft branch in Hong Kong so that I can ask for details ?? Thanks . Can you provide contact email address or I can complain for me for details?
