    Hello Erik,

Could you please confirm the exact version of Visio you previously used, for example, Visio Standard 2021, Visio Professional 2021, Visio Plan 1, or Visio Plan 2?

If you have a product key that has not yet been redeemed, please visit: https://office.com/setup

Sign in with your Microsoft account and enter the product key to associate Visio with that account. Once the product is linked, you can download and install Visio on your new computer.

If the product key was already redeemed on your previous computer, please do not try to redeem it again. Instead, visit: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Sign in with the Microsoft account used during the original Visio setup, find Visio in your list of products, and select Install.

For complete installation instructions, please refer to: Install Visio or access Visio for the web | Microsoft Support

Based on my understanding, if you purchased a licensed copy of Visio Standard or Professional directly from Microsoft or an authorized reseller, the license is generally associated with the Microsoft account used during the original setup. In that case, you should be able to reinstall Visio by signing in with the same account and following the steps above.

If you cannot find Visio in your account or still cannot install it, please contact Microsoft Support:

    • Visit Contact Microsoft Support.
    • Enter "Contact support" in the search box.
    • Select Get Help, then choose Contact Support or Sign in to contact support.

    • If the Support Assistant opens, type “open a support ticket” in the chat box. Select the Contact support button when it appears.

    • Under Products and services, select the appropriate product, such as Microsoft 365 and Office. Choose Manage account and subscription as the category.

    • Select Confirm.
    • Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser, if available.

Important Note: The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. The available contact options may vary depending on your country, region, and support hours.

    Kind regards,
