Microsoft for Startups business verification pending for over one month; Program Support option missing

Hello,

My Microsoft for Startups business verification has been pending for more than one month.

The Microsoft for Startups page in the Azure portal continues to show:

“We are reviewing your startup verification. Check back in a few days.”

I currently have the initial $200 Azure credit activated. However, the business verification required to progress to the next credit level has remained under review for more than one month.

I also cannot find the “Your Microsoft Team” or “Get program support” option referenced in Microsoft documentation. I am using the new Microsoft for Startups PREVIEW experience in the Azure portal.

I tried the Azure Help + Support flow, but Microsoft for Startups is not available as a service/category, so I am unable to submit a support request to the appropriate team.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help escalate this case internally to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification team?

I can provide my application details, company information, Azure subscription ID, and any verification documents privately through an authorized Microsoft support channel if required.

Thank you.

Same here.. I'm stuck in the same step for nearly a month with a single response with additional legal documents for manual verification and complete silence since then.

For Microsoft for Startups, business verification issues are handled by Microsoft for Startups Program Support, and all support requests must be submitted through the Azure portal.

Since the verification has been pending for more than a month and the usual Your Microsoft Team / Get program support entry is missing in the new Azure portal experience, the supported next step is:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Open the Microsoft for Startups startup homepage.
    3. Check the Overview tab for Your Microsoft Team.
    4. Select Get program support if it appears.

If that option is not available in the portal experience being used, the older Microsoft for Startups Portal also supports submitting a program support ticket:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
    2. Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Submit a Support Ticket.
    4. Attach relevant screenshots or verification documents.

Program Support is the correct team for issues such as:

    • business or domain verification
    • Azure credit activation issues
    • benefit redemption issues
    • portal access problems
    • entitlement or ownership corrections

Azure Help + Support is intended for Azure product, billing, and production issues, not Microsoft for Startups program verification. If unsure, start with Microsoft for Startups Program Support for program or benefit questions.
