Application Review Status Microsoft For Startups

Hello Microsoft Community,

I applied to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program on Friday, September 19, and my application has been showing “Under Review” since then.

I can see that the $1,000 Azure credit has already been granted, which I appreciate. However, the rest of my application is still under review, and it has now been more than five business days.

I've been unable to reach a human through the in-portal "Get program support" flow or the Azure Portal support request (both route through automated diagnostics with no clear escalation path).

Could someone confirm application status, advise on the typical review timeline or point me to the right escalation channel to move the application forward?

I’m happy to provide any additional information about my company if required.

    Hi Sixtus,

    Microsoft's current documentation says the Microsoft for Startups application review typically takes up to 3 business days. Since you submitted on September 19 and it is still showing Under Review after more than five business days, it is outside the normal review window.

    The $1,000 starter credits being available while the application is under review is expected and does not mean the application has been approved yet. The expanded credits and program benefits are applied after approval.

    Check the email address used for the application for a verification request or decision. If there is no pending verification request and the status remains unchanged, use the Microsoft for Startups Program Support channel documented for application-review issues: https://aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal
