Why can Microsoft register MacBook Pro now?
I wasted so much time trying to see the reason my device does not appear in the system and only now I found out that Microsoft does not take MAC.
So, should I cancel my membership???

A MacBook Pro will not appear under Microsoft’s device registration/warranty page because that section is intended for Microsoft hardware, such as Surface and Xbox devices. Your MacBook is an Apple device, so its hardware registration and warranty are handled by Apple. This does not mean that Microsoft 365 is unsupported on your Mac or that your subscription cannot be used with it.
You should not need to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription for this reason. If your concern is that Microsoft 365 is not activating or recognizing your MacBook, could you please clarify what happens when you open an Office application such as Word or Excel and sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your subscription? Also, please let me know which Microsoft 365 plan you currently have and what macOS version is installed on your MacBook Pro.
The service you're referring to is for warranty registration of Microsoft products. Note that the screen indicates products such as Surface tablets & Xbox game systems as examples of what can be registered. A Mac computer is an Apple product which Microsoft cannot warranty. This has nothing to do with support for the software Microsoft produces for Macs.
