If the SharePoint site or file is intended to be accessible to you, I would suggest contacting the person who shared the resource with you, or the Microsoft 365/IT administrator for The Diocese of Manchester, and asking them to verify that your exact email address has been added as an external/guest user and has permission to the SharePoint resource.
Microsoft Entra administrators can invite an external user from Microsoft Entra ID > Users > New user > Invite external user. Once invited, the external account is added to the directory as a guest, and the guest needs to complete the invitation redemption process before accessing the shared resource.

If you have already received and accepted an invitation, please also make sure that you are signing in with the same account/email address to which the SharePoint invitation was sent. You can sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser and then open the shared link again in an InPrivate/Incognito window to avoid another cached Microsoft account being selected.
