Mahjong 3D within Solitaire and Casual Games Issue

Good afternoon,

The online version of Mahjong 3D has had an issue with score keeping and resetting the coins every couple of hours, as well it thinks the previous day's scores are the high scores. I just wanted to pass it along.

To help narrow down the cause, could you also let us know:

Are you playing the Mahjong 3D game through the Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games app or through a website?
Does the score reset happen every day or only occasionally?
Does the issue occur on only one device or on multiple devices using the same account?

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

Make sure you are signed in to the game with the same Microsoft account each time you play
Close the game completely and restart it
Verify that your device's date, time, and time zone are correct under Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time
If you are playing in a web browser, test the game in an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different browser to see whether the issue persists

Good afternoon,

As you can see in the screenshot, the high score is removed each time you close the game, and all missions reset every other time you start the game. In addition, you can see that I am logged into my account, the date and time are correct, and it is the same on all devices. Please let me know if you need anything further. Thank you.

You can try the step: repairing the app.

Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps

Select Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games

Choose Advanced options > Repair

Test the game again

I attempted the repair but as you can see in the screenshot, it shows I have matched a couple of hundred tiles without even playing a single game.

One final troubleshooting step you could try is resetting the app:

Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps

Select Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games

Choose Advanced options

Select Reset
