All models were using the latest versio of the API
Miraculously it appeared again later
my custom extraction model has disappeared

One of my custom models has disappeared from the list of models and when I click train on the model in my project it appears to start but still doesn't appear in the list of models.
Help!

The message “Some models have been filtered out” is particularly relevant to this issue. It indicates that the project you are currently using is associated with a newer API version, and models created with API versions before
2023-02-28 (Preview)are filtered from the model list.This does not necessarily mean that your custom model has been deleted. The model may still exist but may not be visible from the current project because of the API-version difference.
I recommend checking the following:
Check the model using a compatible API version
Please create or open a Document Intelligence project that uses an API version before
2023-02-28 (Preview)and check whether the missing model appears there.Verify the Document Intelligence resource
Make sure you are working with the same Document Intelligence resource where the custom model was originally trained. Please also verify the subscription, resource, and region, particularly if you have multiple Document Intelligence resources.
Check the training operation
Since you mentioned that clicking Train appears to start the operation but the model does not subsequently appear, please check whether the training operation completes successfully or reports an error.
Check the model through the API, if possible
If you have the model ID or other model details, checking the model through the Document Intelligence API can help determine whether the model exists but is not being displayed in the portal.
If the model appears when using the older API-version project, then the behavior is related to the API-version filtering shown in the message.
