A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
If the webinar was canceled after it had already finished, the available post-event content is still accessed from the webinar entry in Teams.
For the recording:
- In Teams, select Calendar.
- Select the webinar and choose View event.
- Select Manage event.
- Open Recordings.
- If the recording exists, it can be accessed there. Webinar recordings can also be available from the past webinar’s Recap tab in the Teams calendar.
- If needed, select Publish so registered attendees receive the recording email. If the file was saved in OneDrive, use Publish from OneDrive.
For attendance:
- In Teams, select Calendar.
- Select the webinar.
- Select View event.
- Select Manage event.
- Select the Attendance tab.
- Use Download to download the webinar report.
Important limitation:
- Only organizers can view webinar reports. Co-organizers currently can’t access them.
If the webinar no longer appears in the expected calendar view, recordings for past webinars can also be accessed from the webinar’s Recap tab when available.
