    Hi @Edna Chepkwony

Based on my testing in my environment, I created a test webinar, allowed it to complete, and then cancelled it afterward. Even after cancelling the webinar, I was still able to access the webinar chat, as well as the Recap and Attendance tabs.

Could you please check whether the webinar is still available in your Teams chat? If so, please open the webinar and check the Recap and Attendance tabs to see whether the recording and attendance information are still available.

If the webinar chat is no longer available, you may also check whether the recording is still available in the organizer's OneDrive or SharePoint.

For the attendance report, if the webinar chat is no longer available, I’m not aware of an alternative way to access or retrieve the report.

If the recording is not available in Teams, OneDrive, or SharePoint, unfortunately, there may not be another way to recover it after the webinar has been cancelled.

I hope this helps, and I hope you’re able to recover the recording and attendance information you need.

If the webinar was canceled after it had already finished, the available post-event content is still accessed from the webinar entry in Teams.

    For the recording:

    1. In Teams, select Calendar.
    2. Select the webinar and choose View event.
    3. Select Manage event.
    4. Open Recordings.
    5. If the recording exists, it can be accessed there. Webinar recordings can also be available from the past webinar’s Recap tab in the Teams calendar.
    6. If needed, select Publish so registered attendees receive the recording email. If the file was saved in OneDrive, use Publish from OneDrive.

    For attendance:

    1. In Teams, select Calendar.
    2. Select the webinar.
    3. Select View event.
    4. Select Manage event.
    5. Select the Attendance tab.
    6. Use Download to download the webinar report.

    Important limitation:

    • Only organizers can view webinar reports. Co-organizers currently can’t access them.

If the webinar no longer appears in the expected calendar view, recordings for past webinars can also be accessed from the webinar’s Recap tab when available.
