We are trying to register the Microsoft Threat Intelligence connector in our Sentinel Workspace, but are seeing this error:

The tenant is not approved for MicrosoftTi connector onboarding. Complete CFAR registration and retry.

The error also contains a link to the verification.microsoft.com portal. We already have an application in progress for around a month with no update. The ETA is listed as 1st September (21 days ago). How long does verification typically take?

    Hi @Mark Pavlitski

This error means the tenant is still pending CFAR approval for the MicrosoftTi connector.

Since the verification request has already been submitted and the estimated completion date has passed, I would recommend checking verification.microsoft.com for any pending action. If there is none, open a Microsoft Support case and provide the Tenant ID and verification request details so they can check the approval status.

Once CFAR approval is completed, retry the connector onboarding.
