    The Azure Maps visual is disabled due to your organization's tenant or compliance settings. Please contact your Power BI administrator to enable Azure Maps in the Power BI Admin Portal and ensure that data processing outside the tenant's geographic region is permitted. If this restriction cannot be removed, use the standard Map or Filled Map visual instead.

    But if have already the access to tenant then try below;

    • Power BI / Microsoft 365 tenant administrator to enable Azure Maps Visual in the Power BI Admin Portal.

    Verify that data movement outside the tenant's geographic region is permitted, as Azure Maps may process map data outside the tenant region.

    If your organization has compliance, data residency, or national cloud restrictions, use an alternative visual such as Map or Filled Map.
