My microsoft office was lapsed and i need to reactivate it

    I understand you want to reactive your licensed. For better understand, could you please let us know which type of account are you using (Business account or personal account). Besides that, here’s a clear guide to do it if you are business account.

    For Microsoft 365 or Office Subscription

    • Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services.
    • Locate your subscription and check its status.
    • If expired, click Reactivate or Renew and add a valid payment method.
    • You can also do this in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (for business accounts):
      • Go to Billing > Your products.
      • Select the subscription → Reactivate.
      • Confirm payment details and click Reactivate.
