My subscription is not showing up in my Microsoft 365 or anywhere where I log in with the email receiving the invoices. I have been trying for three months. I'm not sure why it is not showing up where my 365 subscription is. Please help me figure out how to cancel this subscription.

The subscription does not show up under Manage.
Then it is linked to another account. You can have multiple accounts using the same credit card.
