How to get "Edge" blue dot off of google docs

I am having the floating blue edge dot on my google docs documents. I really want it removed/disabled. How can I do that?

    Hi Ava,

    Open Edge.

    Click the 3 dots at the top right of Edge and select Settings.

    On the left of Edge Settings, click Languages.

    Disable the settings in the Writing Assistance' section.

    Restart Edge and test of that resolves the problem.
