I use Outlook classic version on my Windows 11 PC. I use Gmail in my outlook for emails, Outlook People for my contacts and Outlook calendar.

On my Galaxy S20 FE I use Gmail app for my emails, the Calendar app and the contacts app that were syncing with my outlook account. Yesterday syncing my Contacts app on my phone has synced with Google contacts and calendar (almost empty because I don't use them).

When I go to manage accounts on my phone, I cannot sync my outlook at all. The sync button is unresponsive. The outlook account is not even an option in calendar. Only the Samsung and Google accounts are.

I have cleared data and cache, removed and re-installed the outlook app, re-started my phone several times, without result.

This had already happened in the past, and was resolved by using the outlook app, but not now. Please help!
