I bought an Xbox Stereo Headset from Smyths on 13/12/2025, it is physically broken, Smyths say their policy is 6 months and i should contact Microsoft. I have tried the online chat but the AI responses arent helping and the only way they could connect me with a human was a phone call to America, which my phone blocked! I have registered the headset in my devices, but i shows as warranty ended 6 months before i even purchased the headset!

Does anyone have any suggestions please, or have an email address or something for Xbox? Thanks.

    Hi Connor,

Six months from 12/13/2025 would be

6/13/2026, so your warranty would still

be up. You could try this link and see if

    it helps. https://support.xbox.com/en-IS/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced
