I have received a Microsoft 365 order that is incorrect. How do I contact a Microsoft agent to follow up

    In case you need direct assistance from Microsoft Support, here's the route you can follow:

    Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support 

    Type Contact in the search box. 

    Now click Get help, and Ask our Support Assistant

    Request for a live chat, then click Contact Support

    You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
