I'm experiencing an issue with my personal @outlook.com email account.

I'm receiving some incoming emails normally, but multiple senders from different companies are receiving delivery failure notices when attempting to email me.

The rejection error is:

5.7.1 Message rejected: Message lacks SPF/DKIM/DMARC AUTH RECORDS

I've already reset my Microsoft account password, but the issue continues.

Could you please investigate whether Microsoft's incoming mail authentication or filtering is incorrectly rejecting legitimate emails to my account? I would also like to know whether there is a known service issue affecting Outlook.com addresses.

Thank you!

There have been multiple reports on this issue. It could be a Microsoft service issue or a change in Outlook.com authentication enforcement.
