Can’t find how to request refund for Microsoft 365

I forgot to cancel a freee trial and was charged $199.99. I received an email telling me that if I request a cancellation and refund within 30 days, that I would be refunded. I cancelled the subscription but I cannot find how to request a refund. I’ve talked to about 5 robots and Microsoft chat bots that have been no help.

    Is the subscription listed as canceled in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services ?
