emails being sent to me ar blocked and rejected

Emails from a client are being rejected. What can I do? Is it my email address or his that is the issue?

    Ask the client to tell you the exact reject message and report it here. Typically the reject message will have a code like 550.2.1 and a short description. That's the only sure way to determine the cause.
