Identity validation stuck in Action Required – Verified ID presentation not working in Authenticator

I completed AU10TIX verification and the Verified ID credential is in Microsoft Authenticator (Activity shows "Signed in self.issued.me").
When I follow "Please complete your verification here" in the portal, sign in as ******@macroscans.com and reach the "Present your Verified ID" page, scanning the QR code returns "This QR code isn't supported" in Authenticator, or opens the "add work or school account" prompt and loops.
Opening the verify link on mobile also shows a QR code rather than a deep link. Re-running verification issued a second AU10TIX credential but the request status is unchanged.
The request remains in Action Required. Authenticator is up to date. Could you either reset the individual verification step or advise how to present the credential?
