Can't claim 5 months of Spotify premium

If the Spotify Premium reward page says it is not available after redemption, the supported checks are:

1. Go to Microsoft Rewards > Redeem > Order history and confirm the reward shows there.
2. Open Order Details for that reward to get the redemption code or link.
3. If the confirmation email was not received, select Resend on the Order History page.
4. Check whether the order was cancelled. Common causes are:
   • redeeming outside the region where the Rewards account was signed up
   • redeeming in multiple regions
   • using a VPN
   • using a VoIP phone number instead of a mobile or landline number
   • the reward being out of stock or unavailable
5. If the reward is listed but the Spotify offer page still says unavailable, contact Microsoft Rewards Support for review.

Microsoft also states that some gift cards and rewards are not always available and can become unavailable.
