Hello Microsoft Artifact Signing team,

We need assistance with an existing Public organization identity validation request.

Account name: serys-leadsb2b-signing Organization: SERYS ENERGIE & REAL ESTATE, S.L. Country: Spain Current identity validation status: In Progress

The representative completed the personal identity verification using an identity document and selfie on 22 October 2026. As of 6 November 2026, the organization validation remains In Progress. No additional action is currently displayed in the portal.

We attempted to open a technical support request under “Identity Validation – Organization / In Progress for more than 7 days”, but our Azure Basic support plan prevents us from submitting it.

The automated troubleshooting results suggested changing certificate profile settings. However, the pending step shown in our account is organization identity validation, and those recommendations did not explain the delay.

Could a Microsoft representative please:

Confirm whether the completed personal verification was received and correctly associated with our organization request.

Check whether any document, action or technical issue is preventing the review from progressing.

Refer the request to the identity validation team and provide an estimated completion date, if available.

This is preventing us from completing the signing setup for our Windows application.

I can provide the identity validation ID, subscription ID and any supporting documents through a private channel designated by Microsoft staff.

Thank you. The issue remains unresolved. We need an account-specific review by a Microsoft representative.

Personal verification was completed on 22 October 2026, but the organization validation remains In Progress.

Could Microsoft staff review the existing request, confirm whether the personal verification was correctly associated with it, and identify any outstanding action required from us?

We understand that processing can take 1–20 business days. We are requesting confirmation that the application is progressing correctly.

Please indicate a private channel where we can securely provide the validation and subscription IDs.
