Trying to cancel trial subscription

Hi,

I am trying to cancel the Free Subscription, but I am not able to as it says:

You can't reset your own password because password reset isn’t properly set up for your organization. You must contact your administrator to both reset your password and to check your organization’s setup.

We need this cancelled today - 6 Nov 2026. Can someone advise?
