Please note that this forum is not Microsoft support, this is a user-to-user support forum.

Hi @FrankConnell-5799

If the charge is for a Microsoft 365 business subscription, please first check whether you have access to a Microsoft 365 Admin Center associated with any of your email addresses.

In the Admin Center, go to Billing > Your products and Billing > Bills & payments to identify the subscription. If you locate it, you can cancel the subscription and may be eligible for a refund depending on the subscription status and Microsoft's refund policy.

If you need to speak with someone directly, you can contact Microsoft Support by phone. Please visit the following page and reach out to phone number via: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. If you have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can also open a billing support request there and request a callback from a support representative.
