I have ordered and paid for a MS Surface Pro 13, but it has not been delivered. I have been trying to get order status but it is impossible. There is no way to be able to talk to a human representative. This part of Microsoft's customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Matthew Schmitz,

I can understand how frustrating it must be to have paid for a Surface Pro 13 and still be unable to get a clear delivery update.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Community contributors and moderators do not have access to Microsoft Store orders, delivery records, or the back-end systems needed to investigate or escalate an individual purchase.

Since you have already tried checking the order status, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support. Select your country or region to view the available phone number, or visit the Microsoft Store from that page to check whether live chat with a representative is available.

When contacting support, have your order number, purchase email address, payment date, and expected delivery date ready. Please do not post any of those details in this public forum.

You can also review the order through your Microsoft account Order history. If the purchase was made without signing in, use the Guest Order Lookup option provided on Microsoft’s order-tracking page. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Contact Microsoft Sales Support through the official support page and select the phone number for your country/region, or open the Microsoft Store there to start live chat with a representative.^1^

    Speak to a representative

    1. Open Contact Microsoft customer support.
    2. Under Microsoft sales support, select your country or region to obtain the correct telephone number.
    3. Alternatively, open the Microsoft Store from that page and use its live-chat option.
    4. Have your order number, purchase email address, payment date, and expected delivery date ready.

If you are in the United States, Microsoft lists 1-800-642-7676 for Microsoft Sales Support, Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM Pacific Time.^2^ For another country, use the regional number on the customer-support page rather than the US number.^1^

    Check the order before calling

    • Purchased while signed in: Open Microsoft account Order history, sign in with the same account used for the purchase, and open the Surface order.
    • Used Guest Checkout: Use Guest Order Lookup from the official tracking page.
    • Shipped: Select Track Shipping to see the carrier and tracking status.
    • Processing: The Surface has not shipped yet, so Sales Support must address the delay.
    • Pending: The order might require updated information or a different payment method.
    • Marked delivered but not received: Verify the shipping address in Order History, contact the carrier using the tracking number, and then escalate to Microsoft Support if the carrier cannot resolve it.^2^

Do not post the order number, address, payment details, or account information in this public forum.
