Why Identity validations document review can take up to 20 days to complete?

Now for a company of your size it's unimaginable to think that a single receipt for domain ownership should take more than a few seconds to review. Which should be able to be done by AI with ease. No instead of utilizing AI in that manner you all chose to use AI for ur customer support NUTS. As a small business trying to get started a 20 day hold on something that you have asked for to provide proof I'm the owner of a domain is unacceptable at best. More like just crappy business practices if i was asked. So please explain why a company of your size choose to hold up projects in such a manner? Pretty sure those of us using ur paid for products deserve better service! So now it leaves me to where I am posting on every social media post you are able to make during this time yet unable to review my documents. So we can either get me mr spiteful out of your hair and working on my project.... or mr spiteful will continue to make posts on everything you post moving forward until i feel ive said my peace.
