Writing Azure for Students academic verification fails for my college email domain

Hello Microsoft Community,

I am a current student at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru, India.

I am trying to activate Azure for Students, but academic verification fails with this message:

"Your email domain is not currently registered with us. You can choose another verification method."

My official college email uses the @dsce.edu.in domain. My GitHub Education student verification has been approved, but I am still unable to activate Azure for Students.

I also tried contacting Azure Support, but the support portal displays an AADSTS16000 error, and the Engage Center remains stuck loading.

Could you please advise me on how to verify my college email domain or request a manual review of my academic eligibility?

Thank you.
