I signed up for Azure for Students using my personal Microsoft account (******@gmail.com) and verified my student status using my separate university email address.
Academic verification succeeded, but I cannot access Azure Portal. I receive error AADSTS16000 stating that my live.com identity does not exist in the Microsoft Services tenant.
The Azure tenant-creation page also returns HTTP 401, and I cannot access subscription or directory information.
Please check whether my Azure for Students subscription was provisioned and associated with my personal Microsoft account. If provisioning failed, please advise how it can be completed.
I can provide the relevant trace ID, correlation ID, and timestamp privately if required.
